a buzz.

Long-time friends and urban beekeepers, Kiera Toffelmire and Laura Haché launched Greenline Honey in the spring of 2023. A rooftop micro-apiary in Toronto’s west-end, Greenline Honey focuses on small-batch, raw, unpasteurized honey production and honey-infused products that showcase the diverse plant life Toronto has to offer.

In addition to their honey-based products, Greenline Honey offers educational workshops and hosts community events in collaboration with many local community groups and businesses.

Situated along the Greenline Trail, a 5km network of green space beneath the hydro-corridor, Greenline Honey began as a way to maintain both a personal beekeeping practise and friendship. The bees have continued to reinforce for Laura and Kiera, a deep belief in the preservation of our green spaces, the importance of urban biodiversity and the absolute and total power of working in community.

Forever thanks to the bees.
